Niaga POS
Overview
Niaga POS is a full-featured, multi-branch restaurant POS and food-ordering platform that ships two applications from one backend: a customer-facing ordering website and a staff POS/back-office. Built as a Laravel 9 REST API with a Vue 3 single-page application front end, it is localized for the Indonesian market (IDR currency, QRIS payments, WhatsApp notifications, and a full regional address hierarchy). The system covers in-store POS sales, POS orders, online orders, QR/table dining ordering, and kiosk self-service, alongside a Kitchen Display System and an order-status screen for staff. It manages menu items with categories, attributes, variations, extras, add-ons, and recipes; raw-material inventory with stock-in/stock-out and stock reports; customers; coupons and offers; reservations and visits; and staff roles including waiters, chefs, delivery boys, and branch managers. A settings hub controls company, site, order, tax, currency, mail, SMS, payment gateway, theme, and localization options.
