Command Center Banggai
Overview
The Banggai Command Center (Banggai ICC 2025) is an integrated command center platform developed for Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, as part of the Caliana Intelligent Surveillance System product line. The platform consists of three applications that share a single backend system: a monitoring dashboard, a configuration back office, and a public microsite. The Dashboard is the operations console: it aggregates multi-agency government data into license-gated, config-driven dashboards with charts and GIS choropleth maps, and adds real-time situational awareness — live CCTV via a full-screen video wall, AI face-recognition and license-plate-recognition detection feeds, citizen emergency-response monitoring (panic button, citizen reports, rapid-responder maps), waste-collection fleet tracking, social-media sentiment analytics, and news-portal analytics with AI-generated recommendations, plus case management. The Back-office is the administrative surface where operators build those dashboards (categories, chart types, GIS layers), manage social-media and YouTube crawler data sources, maintain master data (region hierarchy, positions), control users, roles and feature-level access, and manage product licenses. The Microsite is the public/legal companion: a searchable privacy policy, a citizen data-deletion request flow, and a link-validated password-reset flow, integrating with the internal citizen API. Built with Next.js 13 (Pages Router) and React 18 on a Backend-for-Frontend architecture, the platform uses TanStack Query and SWR for data, Tailwind and Bootstrap for UI, Highcharts and ApexCharts for visualization, Leaflet and Google Maps for GIS, Socket.IO for real-time feeds, and is deployed with Docker and PM2.
