What Is It?
Command Center Banggai is a comprehensive Smart City centralized platform designed to synchronize operations across 38 government departments (OPD). It features a sophisticated Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system managing over 120+ unique roles. The platform unifies critical city functions including a Social Media Analytics module for monitoring public sentiment, disaster management (BPBD), and a rapid response system for citizen emergencies, providing a holistic view for data-driven decision making.
Key Features
- ✓Developed an advanced 'Social Media Analytics' dashboard to monitor cross-platform public sentiment (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook), visualizing trending topics and engagement metrics in real-time.
- ✓Developed 'Public Service' module featuring an end-to-end Emergency Button workflow, from signal trigger to officer dispatch and case closure.
- ✓Integrated Multi-Agency dashboards (BPBD, Satpol PP, Dishub, etc.) for centralized disaster monitoring and riot control.
- ✓Implemented License Plate Recognition (LPR) and Face Recognition data visualization for the Civil Registry and Surveillance modules.
- ✓Built real-time Citizen Reporting features allowing tracking of report status, officer assignment, and feedback loops.
- ✓Engineered a complex Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system managing permissions for 120+ roles across 38 distinct government agencies.
- ✓Ensured application reliability with high-coverage Unit Testing using Jest.
