Big Data Analytics Humas Polri
Overview
Humas Command Center is a social-media analytics and monitoring platform built for Humas Polri, the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police. Delivered on the Caliana/ICC platform, it pairs a big-screen monitoring Dashboard with a management Back-office that feeds it. The Dashboard visualizes Polri-related social media data: sentiment, virality, word clouds, top influencers and contributors, hashtags, and national geographic heatmaps, aggregating conversations across Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms through Elasticsearch-backed pipelines. It also generates AI-assisted recommendations for Polri leadership roles and supports full-screen monitoring and PDF export for control-room display. The Back-office manages the data and configuration behind the analytics: social-media crawler sources and crawler accounts, YouTube stream data sources and analysis periods, a configurable dashboard builder, master data (regions, positions, categories, tags), and account, role, permission, and license-module administration.
